Would I pay for sex?

There appears to be a lot of confusion about what sex workers are. Do cam girls count as sex work? Do pro-Dommes that don’t actually offer sexual services count? I don’t think there’s any right or wrong answers just a difference of opinion. For the sake of this post I am going to class all those different jobs as falling under the umbrella term of sex work. What I don’t class as sex work is people trafficking, that is pure abuse and a completely different topic.

Have I considered sex work myself? No, I haven’t. Partly because there is such a stigma about it, the younger me wouldn’t want that judgement. It’s only in recent years my eyes have been opened about the range of work that is involved, mainstream media portrays sex work as either a drug addicted street worker or a high class escort. Then there is having the confidence, the older me may not worry about the stigma so much but the older me still doesn’t have the confidence. Am I attractive enough? Would I be good enough?

I do, however, have a fantasy of being pimped out by my partner for an evening. I’m not sure what sounds sexier, pimped out to friends or to a random stranger. I’m not sure if it’s something we could ever actually go through with. Would friends of ours be happy to play along? Could we trust a complete stranger to stick to pre-set limits?

Have I considered hiring a sex worker. Yes I have, in fact I have two very different scenarios I’ve thought about. Firstly, having someone join us for a threesome. We’ve always struggled to find someone willing to join us, let alone someone else who is willing to be our cuck-cake, where I’m made to watch or just listen in and then made to clean-up afterwards. What holds us back is we want someone to join us because they want to join us, not because they’re being paid to do so.

Secondly, I have always wondered about seeing a pro-Domme to explore fantasies my partner doesn’t share with me. For the record, I don’t have an issue with that, we can’t all like or want the same things. Maybe seeing a sex worker would mean there is more freedom and less pressure on each other. However, pro-Dommes scare me, the impression I get means they wouldn’t be interested in someone who isn’t either experienced or very extreme.

Would I pay for sex? In theory yes but, as always, who knows if any of the scenarios will become a reality. We will have to see what opportunities arise in the future.

I very good insightful post and one that closely mirrors my own view. I think sexual activity should be something everybody involved wants to do, not for financial incentive. I am surprised nobody has jumped at the threesome chance. I suppose many males would be leery of a MMF (I would not) and I guess a friend may be concerned about a negative change in the relationship, but I would think a consenting try with the option to pull out (as it were!) if things got uncomfortable would work. Hopefully you can find someone for that fantasy.
