We originally took this image for the framing prompt in May but it just quite wasn’t what we were hoping for.
However, I do love the voyeuristic feel as you look through the shutters at the naked woman on the bed and I adore the vibrancy of the red that illuminates her.
Does she care what her neighbours think of her red light? Why would she?
Roxanne was told she didn’t have to put on her red light but maybe that’s exactly what she enjoyed doing.

Yes, I was always a bit uncomfortable with the song “Roxanne.” Too much stalker/rescuer for me. Though Sting’s a clever bastard and may have done it deliberately, as with “I’ll be watching you”, so that the person being undercut is the male narrator, not the woman he’s stalking.
