It probably won’t come as too much of a surprise that I have a big thing for honey. It’s delicious sticky sweetness wins me over time and time again. Not to mention the beautiful golden colour that captures my eye.
It can be simply spread on some buttered toast or it can come in the form of devilishly naughty honeycomb. It doesn’t have to stop there, I can’t get enough of a particular dark honey beer, sadly that’s only available in one pub in Estonia so it’s not something I can partake in very often… who said I have particular tastes!
It is said to have healing properties, I don’t know if there’s any truth to that but it seems like a good excuse for me to keep indulging in the succulent sweetness that is honey.

I love the sheen on the honey in this picture; the contrast between the shiny, sticky, golden honey and your soft, matte (not sure that’s the word I’m looking for, but I can’t think of another one?) skin is fabulous. I also love how different your skin looks under the honey vs solo.

Of course, you know I love image editing (doh!) and am quite jealous of this creation. It’s stunning, beautiful. The combination of the rich golden honey to the b&w is just flat out fuckin’ stunning. The jealousy is that this particular edit isn’t one I’ve learned. A prior partner had it down, I never bothered to learn… 😀
