Making the ordinary extraordinary

Bee taking the ordinary task of reading and making it extraordinaty by being naked and on a balcony as they read

A few months ago my job transferred. Instead of having the car commute I’ve always had in the past I now have to take a train. This isn’t something that I particularly enjoy, ok I hate it. I miss having my own space, I miss being able to divert or detour if I need to, I hate waiting in cold, wet, windy platforms and the jostle and fight for a seat drives me insane!

However, it does have one bonus. It does mean I get to spend two hours a day reading, which is something I just didn’t have time for before. I would be lucky if I read a book a year, now I get through a book every other week. It’s great! It’s getting expensive to feed my habit and I may need to get some reading recommendations soon as I’m almost all caught up on my backlog!

As the Sinful Sunday prompt for this month is daily routine, I thought I’d share an image of me reading in a slightly more picturesque setting rather than the train. It makes something ordinary far more extraordinary.
