Do I like the feel of a crop? Well, like all impact implements, yes and no!
I’m not a masochist so I struggle with pain. I know I compare myself to others in that respect and I need to cut that out. What I need is to start out slowly and build up, I need to be kept in that headspace, pull me out of it and I struggle to settle again.
But this post is about crops. Do I specifically like crops? Well no, not really. They’re one tool in amongst many and they don’t necessarily stand out from others, like my beautiful cane.
I do have a couple of different crops but out of all of them, the cream of the crop has to be the one in this image. So versatile, so mean.

Dear Father Christmas, I may have been a good girl now and again, so, for Christmas, please may I have a live action replay of this image?

I have similar feelings. They have their place and their uses but give me a flogging any day over a crop

Nice shot, and a fine piece of thought that resonates for me as a Dom of a Kitten who likes using impact play to get to subspace but doesn’t like the pain or bruising.
As you said it’s about the warm up.
Slow and steady
Build force and repartitions over time and watch her reactions for keeping it in the amber to orange but need the red.
