I can’t believe it was 9 months ago since we were off enjoying the Scottish highlands, how did that time fly by so quickly?
One of the things on our ‘must see’ list was the Falls of Foyers. Everything we’d seen and heard about it highlighted a superb cascade of water, providing a jaw dropping sight.
However, we manage to pick a period where there was nothing but beautiful sunshine and crystal clear blue skies. Whilst that’s good to enjoy the views, it does mean there is less water around. What we didn’t really take into account was how much less water! Just imagine our faces when we came across these majestic falls only to discover a trickle.
Still, not one to turn down the opportunity to grab a new Scavenger Hunt, I wasn’t going to be put off. Although keeping still whilst trying not to giggle was HARD! But isn’t that exactly what it’s about, the fun?
Will this put me off chasing waterfalls in the future, of course not!

This looks like so much fun! I hope you find lots more cascades of water, albeit not in Scotland!

I always love a naked outdoor picture and this one did not disappoint. Unlike the waterfall…

Ok yes that is definitely more of a trickle than a gush! Having a laugh is definitely one of the best things about Scavenger Hunt pictures for me though. All the fun and funny stories that go with them!

Not least that part of Scotland! 🤣

I was about to congratulate you on a naked outdoor picture in this cold weather! But then I read this was a while ago and that seems much more sensible. Hopefully next visit will be more than a trickle!

It’s surprising. Especially as things are normally very wet when you’re around.
