I had hoped to post something profound and wonderful for the Wicked Wednesday 200th celebrations but sadly time ran away with me!
However, I couldn’t let the occasion pass without contributing something. I can’t even begin to imagine how much work goes into running a meme, let alone such a successful one as this. Coming up with the weekly prompts must be hard enough but spending time reading and promoting each of the links and building such a positive community goes well beyond anything I could imagine achieving.
Sadly it is not a meme I contribute to all that often but when I do they tend to be some of my best writing. Whether that be something a little humorous such as Kinky Kitty on the pain our cat causes me, or something deeper like My Shame on the struggle I have with my hormones or something more ranty like Everyday Sexism on sexism. I do keep making it one of my life goals to contribute more often but like anything similar to a New Years resolution it never seems to work out the way I plan.
I’ll finish by congratulating Rebel on this remarkable milestone and a huge thank you for providing a wonderful, safe environment to share our writing in.
